ANALYSIS OF THE GEOREFERENCING OF RURAL PROPERTIES (LAW 10.267/2001) IN THE SOUTHWEST REGION OF PARANÁ (2001 – 2022)

Abstract

With the enactment of Law 10.267/2001, the search for the regularization of rural properties through georeferencing, with a view to territorial planning and management, is growing. The main objective of the research is to carry out a detailed analysis of the current georeferencing market in the state of Paraná. For this, by consulting public databases, an inventory of the profile of professionals working in the state was carried out, as well as the percentage of properties already certified by region, and it was investigated whether there are correlations with sociodemographic information of each city. Thus, this study foresees the making of a Geographic Information System - GIS, containing relevant maps and statistical analyses. With this, it was aimed, therefore, to provide the technical and academic community with a detailed overview of the current development of the labor market, and thus subsidize rural territorial planning and the decision-making of those involved in the process, from the perspective of planning. strategic. It was found that the number of professionals is currently scarce in the study region, and that only 6.5% of rural areas in southwest Paraná are in compliance with Law 10,267/2001.

Adjunct Professor at the Federal Technological University of Paraná - UTFPR, Campus Pato Branco - Department of Surveying, PhD in Agricultural Engineering from the State University of West Paraná - UNIOESTE (Line of research: Geoprocessing, Spatial Statistics and Precision Agriculture), Master in Agricultural Engineering also from UNIOESTE; Winner of the XXVI Young Scientist Award 2012 from CNPq 2nd Place Category Undergraduate Student, Technologist in Geoprocessing from the Federal University of Santa Maria - UFSM, Technician in Geoprocessing from the same institution.

Daniel Carvalho Granemann, Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná - UTFPR

Graduated in CARTOGRAPHIC ENGINEERING from the Federal University of Paraná (1999) and Master in Geodetic Sciences (2005) from the same institution. Specialist in Occupational Safety Engineering (UTFPR/PB - 2009) and Professor of Geodetic Sciences at the Federal Technological University of Paraná - Campus Pato Branco since Aug/2006. As of Jan / 2021 he is Professor of the Coordination of the Civil Engineering Course, at Campus Apucarana-UTFPR. PhD in Agricultural Sciences - Graduate Course in Agronomy - UTFPR - Campus Pato Branco (2015)

Adão, Federal Technological University of Paraná - UTFPR

He holds a Bachelor's and Degree in Geography, a Master's in Cartographic Sciences and a PhD in Agronomy with an emphasis on geoprocessing and precision agriculture, both from the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP and a postdoctoral degree from the University of Campinas - UNICAMP, in the area of monitoring remote control and navigation for the visually impaired with the aid of GPS. He is a reviewer for the Brazilian Journal of Geomatics (RBGeo). He is currently an Associate Professor at the Federal Technological University of Paraná-UTFPR, working at the Academic Department of Surveying (DAAGR) and Coordinator of the Brazilian Nucleus of UAVs for Aerial Surveys (NUBRAVA).

Maria Fernanda De Faveri Marquesine, Universidade Federal do Paraná - UFPR

Graduating in Architecture and Urban Planning at the Federal University of Paraná and Technician in Surveying at the Federal Technological University of Paraná - Campus Pato Branco. Trainee in Real Estate Development at Grupo Laguna - Curitiba, Paraná.
